Therefore, pursuant to State Guidelines\nSection 15060(c)(3) no environmental review is required.\nRECOMMENDED ACTION:\nConduct the public hearing and adopt the following resolutions: A) Levying the Assessments\nand Collectibles for Fiscal Year 2025-26 for Open Space Districts 2 through 11, 14, 15, 17, 18,\n20 (Zones 1 through 4, 6, 8, and 9), 23, 24, 26, 31, 33, Eastlake Maintenance District No 1,\nTown Centre Maintenance District, and Bay Boulevard Maintenance District; B) Levying the\nAssessments and Collectibles for Fiscal Year 2025-26 for Open Space District 1; C) Levying\nthe Assessments and Collectibles for Fiscal Year 2025-26 for Open Space District 20 Zone 5;\nand D) Levying the Assessments and Collectibles for Fiscal Year 2025-26 for Open Space\nDistrict 20 Zone 7.
