Authorize the Interim City Manager to execute a construction contract with R.E.\nSchultz Construction, Inc. in the amount of $71,700 for the Marna O'Brien Park\nRubberized Play Surface Project (CIP 102) (Project) and waive any informality or\nirregularity in the bid.\n2. Authorize the Public Works Director to approve change orders not to exceed 5%\nof the construction contract amount, in the amount of $3,585 (contingency).\n3. Authorize the Public Works Director to execute a Task Agreement with Interwest\nConsulting Group, under their existing on-call services agreement with the City, in\nthe amount of $19,348.75 for Construction Management and Inspection services\nfor the Projects, plus Extra Work Authorizations not to exceed $651.25, for a total\nnot to exceed of $20,000.
