FINANCE COMMITTEE: DIRECTION TO PREPARE AN ORDINANCE AMENDING PASADENA MUNICIPAL CODE\n(PMC) CHAPTER 4.100 TO REFLECT THE CHARTER AMENDMENT TO SECTIONS 1407 AND 1408\nAS APPROVED BY VOTERS (Finance Dept.)\nRecommendation: It is recommended that the City Council:\n(1) Find that the proposed action in the agenda report is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act\n(“CEQA”) pursuant to State CEQA Guidelines Section 15061(b)(3) (Common Sense Exemption); and\n(2) Direct the City Attorney to prepare and return with an ordinance within 60 days, amending Pasadena Municipal\nCode, Chapter 4.100 (Power Division General Fund Transfer) to conform to the amended Charter provisions for the\nGeneral Fund Transfer, as further described in the Agenda Report.
