Approving Amendment 2 to the Professional\nServices Agreement with Psomas to approve an increase in compensation of\n$18,080 for continued professional environmental consulting services for a\nrevised total not-to-exceed amount of $256,473, and a 12-month extension to\nexpire on June 30, 2026; and, 2.
