A\n\nConsideration and possible action to conduct a public hearing to consider\n\ndelinquent refuse service charges; and adopt Resolution No. 25-27 – A\n\nResolution ordering delinquent refuse service charges be assessed against\n\nthe property owners and properties and such charges be transferred to the\n\nCounty tax rolls.\n\nRecommendation to City Council: 1) Open the public hearing; take testimonial and\n\ndocumentary evidence; after considering the evidence, adopt Resolution\n\nNo. 25-27; or 2) Alternatively, discuss and take other action related to this item.
