3.A.5. Approval of Updated Secured Agreement to Indemnify and Hold Harmless and\nFee Reimbursement Agreement for the Maravilla Development Project (Tract\n28224)\nRECOMMENDATION:\nStaff recommends that the City Council:\n1). Approve and authorize the Mayor to execute the updated Secured Agreement\nto Indemnify and Hold Harmless between the City of San Jacinto and SanJac\n55, LLC, subject to review and revisions by the City Attorney;\n2). Approve and authorize the Mayor to execute the Fee Reimbursement\nAgreement between the City of San Jacinto and SanJac 55, LLC, subject to\nreview and revisions by the City Attorney; and\n3). Direct staff to file a Notice of Exemption (NOE) with the Riverside County\nClerk pursuant to CEQA Guidelines § 15062(d).\nDepartment:\nCommunity Development
