4.1.\nAnnexation of Territory commonly known as KB Homes Rancho de Alamo Tract\n37881 into Community Facilities District No. 2020-1, Submitting the Levy of Special\nTax to the Qualified Electors, Declaring Results of the Election, and Authorizing the\nLevy of Special Taxes for Annexation No. 17\nRECOMMENDATION\nStaff recommends that the City Council:\n1. Hold the Public Hearing related to the Annexation of Territory into CFD 2020-1;\n2. Adopt Resolution No. 4085, calling a Special Election and authorizing the\nannexation of territory into CFD 2020-1 and the levy of a Special Tax, and\nsubmitting the levy of Special Tax to the Qualified Electors;\n3. Call upon the City Clerk to conduct the Special Annexation Landowner Election;\n4. Adopt Resolution No. 4086, declaring the results of a Special Annexation\nLandowner Election and directing the recording of an amended Notice of Special\nTax Lien; and
