P. 93 5. SUBJECT: 2021 HOMELAND SECURITY GRANT ACCEPTANCE – (FIRE)\nRECOMMENDATION: That the City Council:\n1. Approve the acceptance of the 2021 Homeland Security Grant Program (HSGP)\naward for a total of $17,244; and\n2. Authorize an increase in the FY 2023 revenue and expenditure budget of $17,244;\nand\n3. Authorize the acquisition of Airbag Extrication Systems from First Out Rescue\nEquipment in the amount of $12,861, and Rope Rescue Harnesses/Rescue Rope\nfrom Rock N Rescue in the amount of $6,671 for use in extrication and rescues for\na total of $19,532.
