18. CONSIDER APPROVAL OF AN AGREEMENT WITH RSG, INC. TO PROVIDE AFFORDABLE HOUSING\nCOMPLIANCE MONITORING SERVICES (HOUSING AUTHORITY)\nRECOMMENDED ACTION\n— 1. AWARD and APPROVE the contract services agreement with RSG, Inc. for a five year\nterm effective retroactive to July 1, 2025 to provide affordable housing compliance monitoring,\nreporting and related special projects services for a not-to-exceed contract sum of $349,625.\n— 2. AUTHORIZE the Authority Chair to execute the agreement, following approval as to form\nby the Authority Counsel.
