9.\nAN AMENDMENT TO THE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH KLEINFELDER, INC.,\nFOR THE ARCHIBALD SEWER DIVERSION PROJECT\nThat the City Council authorize the City Manager, or designee to execute Amendment No. 9 to\nthe Professional Services Agreement with Kleinfelder, Inc., of Ontario, California, for\ngeotechnical and material testing services for the Archibald Sewer Diversion Project in the\namount of $47,679, for a new total revised not-to-exceed amount of $1,738,885, and a term\nfrom March 5, 2024, to December 30, 2025.
