8.\nAN AMENDMENT TO THE DESIGN SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH HMC ARCHITECTS FOR THE\nONTARIO ARENA PLAZA\nThat the City Council authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to execute Amendment No. 3\nto the Design Services Agreement with HMC Architects, of Ontario, California, to provide oncall architectural, space planning, and engineering design services for the Ontario Arena Plaza\naudio/visual system in the amount of $28,600 for a total not-to-exceed contract amount of\n$6,704,927, and authorization to execute all documents required for the completion of the\nproject which may include, but is not limited to, agreements, assessments, easements,\nreduction of retention accounts, contracts amendments within the authorization limits, and\nfiling a notice of completion at the conclusion of all construction-related activities.
