5.\nONTARIO SPORTS EMPIRE FACILITY OPERATING AND MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT\nBETWEEN THE CITY OF ONTARIO AND SPORTS FACILITIES MANAGEMENT, LLC\nThat the City Council authorize the City Manager, or designee, to execute a ten-year Operating\nand Management Agreement with Sports Facilities Management, LLC of Clearwater, Florida,\nfor the operations and management of the Ontario Sports Empire; and authorize the\nextension of the agreement for one ten-year term at the City’s sole discretion.
