4.\nA PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH WOOD RODGERS, INC. FOR THE\nDOWNTOWN EUCLID AVENUE CORRIDOR PROJECT\nThat the City Council authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to execute a Professional\nServices Agreement with Wood Rodgers, Inc., of San Diego, California, to provide design and\nprofessional engineering services for the Downtown Euclid Avenue Corridor Project for a total\nnot-to-exceed contract amount of $6,454,559; and authorize the City Manager, or his designee,\nto execute said Agreement and future amendments within the authorization limits.
