In no event shall the proposed agreements with\nthe four companies exceed $3,300,000 over a three-year period. The City may choose to\nextend each agreement for up to two additional one-year terms in the amount of $1,100,000\nper year for all four companies. The total not-to-exceed contract amount shall be $5,500,000.
