7.\nA GOODS AND SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH LONG BEACH BMW MOTORCYCLES AS AN\nAUTHORIZED SUPPLIER FOR POLICE MOTORCYCLE PARTS AND REPAIR SERVICES\nThat the City Council take the following actions:\nA. Authorize Long Beach BMW Motorcycles, of Long Beach, California, as an authorized\nsupplier for current and future purchases of parts and repair services for the Ontario\nPolice Department’s BMW Motorcycles, and\nB. Authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to execute a Goods and Services Agreement\nwith Long Beach BMW Motorcycles, of Long Beach, California, for a total not-to-exceed\ncontract amount of $225,000 over a three-year term and authorize the option to extend\nthe Agreement for two additional one-year terms for a total not-to-exceed amount of\n$375,000.
