FOR THE 2025 FALL\nPAVEMENT REHABILITATION PROJECT\nThat the City Council authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to execute a construction\ncontract with Onyx Paving Company, Inc., of Anaheim, California, for the 2025 Fall Pavement\nRehabilitation Project in the amount of $3,636,000, plus a 10% contingency of $363,600 for a\ntotal not-to-exceed contract amount of $3,999,600; and to execute all documents required for\nthe completion of the project, which may include, but is not limited to agreements,\nassessments, easements, reduction of retention accounts, contracts, amendments within\nauthorization limits, and filing a notice of completion at the conclusion of all constructionrelated activities.
