14. \nAN AMENDMENT TO THE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH SIDEPATH, INC.,\nFOR TECHNICAL SERVICES RELATED TO THE CITY'S DATACENTER AND TECHNOLOGY\nINFRASTRUCTURE\nThat the City Council authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to execute Amendment No. 2\nto the Professional Services Agreement with Sidepath, Inc., of Laguna Hills, California, for\ntechnical services related to the City’s datacenter and technology infrastructure in the amount\nof $150,000 increasing the not-to-exceed contract amount to $300,000 and extend the\nAgreement term for an additional three years.
