10. \nAMENDMENTS TO THE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENTS WITH TRANSTECH\nENGINEERS, INC., FOR ON-CALL PROJECT MANAGEMENT\nThat the City Council take the following actions:\nA. Authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to execute Amendment No. 11 to the\nProfessional Services Agreement with Transtech Engineers, Inc., of Chino, California, to\nextend the contract term to June 30, 2027;\nB. Authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to execute Amendment No. 6 to the\nProfessional Services Agreement with Transtech Engineers, Inc., of Chino, California, to\nprovide on-call construction management services for the City Services Building project\nin the amount of $2,035,800 for a revised total not-to-exceed contract amount of\n$6,055,300; and\nC. Authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to execute all documents required for the\ncompletion of the project which may include, but is not limited to, agreements,\nassessments, easements, reduction of retention accounts, contract amendments within\nthe authorization limits, and filing a notice of completion at the conclusion of all\nconstruction-related activities.
