13. \nAN AMENDMENT TO THE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH CAN/AM\nTECHNOLOGIES, INC., FOR CENTRALIZED CASHIERING SOFTWARE AND SUPPORT\nThat the City Council authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to execute Amendment No. 3\nto the Professional Services Agreement with Can/Am Technologies, Inc., of Lakewood,\nColorado, for centralized cashiering software and support in the amount of $1,334,456\nincreasing the not-to-exceed contract amount to $1,905,136 and extend the Agreement term\nfor ten-years.
