This Project\nIncludes a General Plan Amendment to Establish Land Use Designations\nof RA (Residential Agricultural) and WR (Water Related) for the Properties\nto be Annexed, and a Zone Change to Pre-Zone the Properties with\nCorresponding Zones: A-1-20 (Agricultural Low Density) and OS (Open\nSpace). The Subject Project Consists of the Following APNs: 121-030-004,\n-008, -009, -010, -011, -012, -013, -014, - 016, 121-050-001, -003, -005, 031, -032, -034 and -035, 121-320-002, -003, -004, -005, -006, -007, -008,\nand -009\nRECOMMENDATION:\nAdopt Resolution No. 2025-51, approving Annexation 27 and authorizing\nthat an application be initiated with LAFCO; Adopt Resolution No. 2025-52,\napproving General Plan Amendment 2023-01, and adopt Ordinance No.\n1132 approving Zone Change (pre-zone) 2023-01.
