Adopt a Resolution authorizing the City Manager, or designee, to apply for, receive\nand appropriate grant funds for the California State Parks Land and Water\nConservation Fund (LWCF) Grant\nIt is recommended that the City Council consider:\n1. Adopting a Resolution authorizing the City Manager, or designee, to apply for,\nreceive and appropriate funds for the LWCF Grant for proposed improvements to the\nBarnes Park Pool as a 50% match if grant funds are received\n2. Taking such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
