9.D. Declaration of Surplus Property - Fire Department SCBAs\nIt is recommended that the City Council consider:\n1. Adopting a resolution declaring self-contained breathing apparatus as surplus\nproperty and authorizing the City Manager to dispose of such property by sale,\ndonation, or other means;\n2. Authorizing the City Manager to execute an agreement with the City of Morelia, in a\nform approved by the City Attorney, for the self-contained breathing apparatus; and\n3. Taking such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
