9.C. 2025/2026 CTFGP Grant Purchase 2025 Dodge Durango Traffic Enforcement\nIt is recommended that the City Council consider:\n1. Waive bidding requirements pursuant to Monterey Park Municipal Code §§\n3.20.050(2) – (4) and authorize the City Manager to execute a purchase agreement\nwith 72 Hour LLC dba National Auto Fleet Group, in a form approved by the City\nAttorney, for the purchase of Police Department Vehicles;\n2. Authorizing the Finance Director to appropriate grant funds in Fiscal Year 2025-26 in\nthe amount of $57,091.85 to the Police Department Budget; and\n3. Taking such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
