9.B. 2025/2026 CTFGP Grant Award\nIt is recommended that the City Council consider:\n1. Accepting and appropriating grant funds and authorize the City Manager, or\ndesignee, to execute an agreement, in a form approved by the City Attorney, with the\nDepartment of California Highway Patrol ("CHP") in the amount of $346,750.29 for\nthe Cannabis Tax Fund Grant Program ("CTFGP");\n2. Adopting a Resolution authorizing the City Manager, or designee, to receive and\nappropriate grant funds in fiscal year 2025-26, and execute an agreement, in a form\napproved by the City Attorney, with the CHP in the amount of $346,750.29 for the\nCTFGP; and\n3. Taking such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
