17. \nSERVICE AGREEMENT FOR GEOGRAPHICAL INFORMATION SYSTEM (GIS) PROFESSIONAL SERVICES\nRecommendations:\n(1) Authorize the City Manager to execute a service agreement with Infinity Technologies for Geographic Information System (GIS) Professional Services in an amount not to exceed $120,000;\n(2) Authorize the City Manager to execute any necessary documents to implement the agreement; and\n(3) Find that the award of the contract is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act pursuant to section 15378 of the CEQA Guidelines.
