18. \nDISCUSSION OF PROPOSED PUMP TRACK\nRecommendations:\n(1) Direct staff further as to a site selection for the pump track, including Moulton Meadows Park and any other areas as suggested by the public or Council or Recreation Committee. Direction may include initiating a feasibility study and site evaluation;\n(2) Where applicable, direct staff to coordinate with the County of Orange to explore potential land?transfer agreements for a preferred site(s); and\n(3) Coordinate with Orange County Mountain Bike Association to explore grant and fundraising opportunities;
