17)\nAgreement with St. Nick’s Christmas Lighting and Décor (DBA T&G Global, LLC)\nfor the Design and Installation of Main Street Holiday Decorations\nApprove and authorize the City Manager to execute an Agreement with St. Nick’s\nChristmas Lighting and Décor (DBA T&G Global, LLC) for the design and installation\nof the Main Street Holiday Decorations in an amount not to exceed $140,000.00 in\nsuch final form as approved by the City Attorney and authorize the City Manager to\nexecute change orders not to exceed a 10% contingency of $14,000 for unanticipated\ncosts.
