13.d\nDiscuss and select an executive recruitment firm for the City Manager\nrecruitment from the following proposing firms listed in alphabetical order;\nand\na.\nBob Murray & Associates (Attachment 1)\nb.\nPeckham & McKenney (Attachment 2)\nAuthorize the Mayor to execute and the City Clerk to attest to a professional\nservices agreement with the selected firm subject to approval by the City\nAttorney.\nPURCHASE OF VEHICLES FOR POLICE DEPARTMENT - 25-PD-011\nCEQA: This agreement has no potential for resulting in either a direct physical\nchange in the environment, or a reasonably foreseeable indirect physical change in\nthe environment, and as such, is not a “project” subject to the requirements of the\nCalifornia Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) 14 Cal. Code Regs Section 15378\n(Public Works Director Joe SanClemente)\nRecommended Action:\nStaff recommends City Council:\n1.\nAuthorize the purchase of two Chevy Tahoes, through the State of\nCalifornia’s General Services Department Statewide Contract for Fleet\nVehicles, or other cooperative purchasing program, for a total amount of\n$131,520; and (Attachment 1).\n2.\nAppropriate $231,520 in the Equipment Replacement Fund for the purchase\nand outfitting of the two Chevy Tahoe Police Patrol Vehicles.
