4.\nAward of RFP No. 002-26 – Design-Build Fire Station No. 6 Dispatch Center Renovation\nRECOMMENDATION:\nThat the City Council adopts the next Resolution, in order, to:\n1. Consent to the withdrawal of RJ Nichols Construction, Inc.’s (RJNCI) proposal\nsubmission; and\n2. Enter into an agreement with SWCS, Inc. (SWCSI), in an amount not to exceed\n$2,596,195.
