TMP-2308\nRecommendation:\nAttachments:\nJuly 22, 2025\nRESOLUTION NO. 2025-9476 - APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF\nCALIFORNIA STATEWIDE COMMUNITIES DEVELOPMENT\nAUTHORITY KAISER PERMANENTE REVENUE BONDS IN ONE OR\nMORE SERIES FROM TIME TO TIME PURSUANT TO A PLAN OF\nFINANCE IN AN AGGREGATE PRINCIPAL AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED\n$880,000,000 FOR THE PURPOSE OF FINANCING OR REFINANCING\nTHE ACQUISITION, CONSTRUCTION, IMPROVEMENT, EQUIPPING,\nRENOVATION, REHABILITATION, REMODELING AND OTHER\nCAPITAL PROJECTS OF CERTAIN HEALTH FACILITIES AND\nCERTAIN OTHER MATTERS RELATING THERETO\nADOPT resolution approving the issuance of California Statewide Communities\nDevelopment Authority Kaiser Permanente revenue bonds in an aggregate principal\namount not to exceed $880,000,000 for the purpose of financing or refinancing the\nacquisition, construction, improvement, equipping, renovation, rehabilitation, remodeling,\nand other capital projects of certain health facilities.\nTEFRA Resolution - City of San Marcos (Kaiser 2025) Final\nORAL COMMUNICATIONS\nPersons wishing to speak on items not on the agenda may do so during this time period, provided remarks are\nconfined to matters within the subject matter jurisdiction of the City Council. Speakers are limited to three minutes.\nPlease complete a “Request to Speak” form and place in basket provided at the rear of the Chamber in advance of\nthe start of that portion of the meeting. The first Oral Communication segment consists of a 15 minute timed\nsegment during which the Council will hear as many speakers as possible. Any speakers not heard during the first\nOral Communications segment will automatically be called during the continuation of the Oral Communication\nsegment at the end of the agenda. Please note that, subject to very limited exceptions, the City Council is\nprecluded by State law from discussing or taking action on any topic that is not included on the posted agenda.\nORDINANCES
