5.\nJuly 22, 2025\n25-2687\nACCEPT LAKEVIEW AND RANCHO SAN MARCOS RENT REVIEW\nPETITIONS AND SET HEARINGS BEFORE THE MOBILEHOME RENT\nREVIEW COMMISSION TO CONSIDER PROPOSED SPACE RENT\nINCREASE\nRecommendation:\n1. ACCEPT the City Clerk's Certification of the rent review petition filed with respect to\nLakeview, SCHEDULE a hearing before the Mobilehome Rent Review Commission\nconcerning said proposed space rent increase, recommended to occur on September 9,\n2025 at 3:00 pm, and acknowledge that the City Manager or designee may reschedule\nsaid hearing in the event the parties mutually request a revised hearing date and time\npursuant to Resolution 2023-9242 and revised Mobilehome Rent Review Commission\nProcedures.\n2.
