3. Appeal – City Ventures Presentation (PH Notice published 5/15/2025)\nThe City Council will consider: (CD)\na. Determine that in accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act (“CEQA”), the\nproject qualifies for a categorical exemption under CEQA Guidelines Section 15332, (Class 32)\n“In-Fill Development Projects”, and is thereby exempt from CEQA. The project site is surrounded\nby urban uses and the proposed residential condominium subdivision will be compatible with\nsurrounding existing development.\nb.
