21. AGREEMENT FOR THE PURCHASE AND DELIVERY OF RENEWABLE\nDIESEL FUEL - City Council consider use of a Sourcewell Cooperative Agreement\nwith TACenergy, LLC, for the purchase and delivery of renewable green diesel fuel.\nRECOMMENDED ACTION:\nCity Council:\n1. Approve the use of a cooperative agreement through Sourcewell contract #121-522-\nTAC through February 10, 2027, for the purchase and delivery of renewable green\ndiesel fuel from TACenergy, LLC, for a total contract amount not to exceed\n$350,000.\n2. Authorize the City Manager or designee to execute a one-year extension, contingent\nupon renewal of contract #121-522-TAC by Sourcewell, in an amount not-to-exceed\n$225,000.\n3. Authorize the City Manager or designee to execute all contracts and associated\ndocuments, or modify the award in the event issues of impossibility of performance\narise, subject to City Attorney approval.
