27. TOWN CENTER HALL PAINTING AND FLOORING PROJECT (PUBLIC WORKS)\nRECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council:\n1) Approve adding the Town Center Hall Painting and Flooring project to the\nCapital Improvement Program; and\n2) Appropriate $175,000 from the Utility Users Tax (UUT) Capital Improvements\nFund to the Town Center Hall Painting and Flooring Project; and\n3) Authorize the City Engineer to advertise for construction bids; and\n4) Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.\nAPPOINTMENTS TO BOARDS, COMMITTEES, AND COMMISSIONS\nCOUNCIL COMMENTS/AB1234 COUNCIL CONFERENCE REPORTING\nCouncil member announcements; requests for future agenda items; conference/meetings\nreports.
