Item No. 28. 2023-0253 CONSIDERATION OF ONLY LOCAL UNCONTESTED\nAPPOINTMENTS TO THE CITY’S COMMISSIONS,\nCOMMITTEES, AND BOARDS BY MAYOR AND CITY\nCOUNCIL AND CONSIDER ALL (CONTESTED AND\nUNCONTESTED) APPOINTMENTS TO THE YOUTH\nCOMMISSION AND PUBLIC WORKS COMMISSION\n(CITY COUNCIL)\nRecommendation: TAKE the following actions:\n1. CONSIDER and only APPOINT uncontested members to the\nCity Commissions, Committees, and Boards;\n2. CONSIDER and APPOINT all (contested and uncontested)\nmembers to the Youth Commission and Public Works\nCommission; and\n3. DIRECT the City Clerk to notify all affected appointments of this\naction in writing;\n4.
