1.5 ORDINANCE APPROVING ZONE CHANGE 2022-045 AND FINDING THE ACTION\nCATEGORICALLY AND STATUTORILY EXEMPT FROM THE CALIFORNIA\nENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY ACT AND CHANGING THE ZONING OF 527 GEORGIA\nSTREET (APN 0309-144-24) FROM COMMERCIAL-GENERAL (C-2) TO SINGLE FAMILY\nRESIDENTIAL (R-1-7200)\nCity Council will consider adoption of an ordinance to change the zoning of the property located at 527\nGeorgia Street (APN 0309-044-24) from Commercial General to Single Family Residential. City Council\nintroduced the ordinance, conducted the first reading of the title and waived further reading at the January\n11, 2023 Adjourned Regular Meeting.\nEnvironmental Determination: categorically & statutorily exempt under Section 15301 and 15378 of the\nCEQA Guidelines.
