G.\nApproving and Authorizing Amendment 2 to the Professional Services\nAgreement with Yunex, LLC for Traffic Signal Maintenance Services That the City Council adopt Resolution 7673: 1. Approving Amendment 2 to\nthe Professional Services Agreement with Yunex, LLC dated March 13, 2019,\nas previously amended by Amendment 1 dated May 13, 2024, to extend the\nterm of the Agreement for a fourth extension through June 30, 2026 (Fiscal\nYear 2025-2026); and, 2. Authorizing compensation of $80,000 for such\nadditional services during Fiscal Year 2025-2026; and, 3. Authorizing an\nincrease in compensation for the third extension (Fiscal Year 2024-25) by\n$10,000 and the total compensation of $75,000 through June 30, 2025, for a\nrevised total not-to-exceed contract amount of $550,000 for the extended term\nthrough June 30, 2026; and, 4. Authorizing and directing the City Manager to\nexecute Amendment 2 on behalf of the City.
