The City filed the\nNotice of Exemption with the County of San Bernardino on October 16, 2024.\nRecommended Action:\nApprove the work, authorize the City Manager or designee to record the Notice of\nCompletion; and reduce the Faithful Performance Bond to 10% for the ARPA\nAlley Rehabilitation Phase II Project.
