n.\nCONSIDER APPROVING THE NOTICE OF COMPLETION FOR THE\nLEXINGTON, 1ST AVENUE, AND 2ND AVENUE PAVEMENT REHABILITATION\nPROJECT\n229\nCEQA: Categorically exempt from further environmental review pursuant to\nSection 15301(c) (Existing Facilities), of the CEQA guidelines. The City filed the\nNotice of Exemption with the County of San Bernardino on October 16, 2024.\nRecommended Action:\nApprove the work, authorize the City Manager or designee to record the Notice of\nCompletion; and reduce the Faithful Performance Bond to 10% for the Lexington\nStreet, 1st Avenue and 2nd Avenue, Pavement Rehabilitation Project.
