o.\nCONSIDER APPROVING THE NOTICE OF COMPLETION FOR THE\nDOWNTOWN PUBLIC PARKING IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT, SOUTH SIDE\nOF ‘A’ STREET, 450’ EAST OF THIRD AVENUE, PROJECT NO. 16127\n231\nCEQA: Categorically exempt from further environmental review pursuant to\nSection 15301(c) (Existing Facilities), of the CEQA guidelines. The City filed the\nNotice of Exemption with the County of San Bernardino on October 30, 2024.\nRecommended Action:\nApprove the work, authorize the City Manager or designee to record the notice of\ncompletion; and reduce the faithful performance bond to 10% for Project No.\n16127, Downtown Public Parking Improvements, South Side of ‘A’ Street, 450’\nEast of Third Avenue.
