Resolution dispensing with competitive bidding and authorizing the City Manager, or\nhis designee, to enter into and execute an Agreement with AVEVA Software LLC for a\ntotal term of six years in the not-to-exceed amount of $904,781 for the initial threeyear term, for continued support and expansion of Glendale Water & Power\nDepartment’s PI Historian System. Funding for the second three-year renewal term\nwill be requested as part of the City’s annual budget process
