Grainger, Inc. and White Cap, L.P., for Various Maintenance, Repair, and\nOperations (MRO) Related Items. (Added 7/25/25)\nTotal Estimated Cost of Proposed Action and Funding Source:\nThis action seeks cumulative expenditure authority not-to-exceed a total amount for all\nthree (3) agreements of $41,000,000 over the terms of the agreements. Expenditure of\nfunds is contingent upon sufficient funding being available in each participating City\ndepartment's budget each fiscal year. This contract is as needed; funds and available\nbudget will be encumbered through the purchase requisition process.\nCouncil District(s) Affected: Citywide.\nProposed Actions:\nSubitem-A: (R-2026-52 Cor. Copy)\nResolution authorizing the Mayor, or his designee, to execute the First Amendment to the\nAgreement with White Cap, L.P. for additional safety supplies in an amount not-to-exceed\n$10,300,000, in connection with the City-wide need.\nSubitem-B: (R-2026-53)\nResolution authorizing the Mayor, or his designee, to execute the First Amendment to the\nAgreement with W.W. Grainger. Inc. for additional tools and related goods in an amount\nnot-to-exceed $18,700,000 in connection with the City-wide need.\nSubitem-C: (R-2026-19)\nResolution authorizing the Mayor, or his designee, to enter into an Agreement with\nWaxie’s Enterprises, LLC and its affiliates BradyPlus, in an amount not-to-exceed\n$9,000,000, to provide janitorial supplies, in connection with the City-wide need.\nCommittee Actions Taken:\nThis item was heard at the Budget and Government Efficiency Committee meeting on\nJuly 16, 2025.\nACTION: Motion by Vice Chair Moreno, second by Committee Member Elo-Rivera, to\nrecommend Council Approval of staff's proposed actions.\nVOTE: 4-0; Foster III-yea, Lee-yea, Moreno-yea, Elo-Rivera-yea.\nPurchasing & Contracting: Claudia C.
