B.14. ACCEPT AN EASEMENT AND RIGHT OF WAY FOR PUBLIC STREET\nAND SIDEWALK PURPOSES ALONG THE DICKS STREET\nFRONTAGE OF THE SERAI CAPITAL LLC DEVELOPMENT PROJECT\nAT 9012 DICKS STREET [H. COLLINS, J. GILMOUR]:\nSUBJECT: The City Council will consider accepting an easement and right\nof way for street and sidewalk purposes along the Dicks Street frontage of\nthe Serai Capital LLC development project located at 9012 Dicks Street.\nThis item is categorically exempt from the California Environmental Quality\nAct (CEQA), acceptance of the Grant of Easement for Public Sidewalk\nand Parkway Purposes pursuant to CEQA Guidelines sections 15301 and\n15305.\nRECOMMENDATIONS:\n1) Adopt Resolution No. 25-________: “A\nRESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST\nHOLLYWOOD ACCEPTING GRANT OF EASEMENT FOR PUBLIC\nSIDEWALK AND PARKWAY PURPOSES AT 9012 DICKS STREET IN\nTHE CITY OF WEST HOLLYWOOD”; and 2) Direct the City Clerk to\nsubmit a certified copy of Resolution No. 25-________, as well as the\nEasement in Exhibit A of Attachment A for recordation by the office of the\nRecorder of the County of Los Angeles.
