F.4.\nCO-SPONSORSHIP OF ONE ARCHIVES CIRCA: LGBTQ+ HISTORIES\nFESTIVAL [C. BYERS, J. HEILMAN, Y. QUARKER, A. LOVANO, J.\nDEL TORO]:\nSUBJECT: The City Council will consider approving a Co-Sponsorship\nAgreement with ONE Archives Foundation dba “ONE Institute” for its third\nannual month-long event, Circa: LGBTQ+ Histories Festival, taking place\nin October 2025 at various locations in West Hollywood and surrounding\ncities.\nRECOMMENDATIONS: 1) Approve a Co-Sponsorship Agreement with\nONE Archives Foundation dba “ONE Institute” for the Circa: LGBTQ+\nHistories Festival, taking place during the month of October 2025 in West\nHollywood and surrounding cities; 2) Authorize the City Manager or his\ndesignee to execute documents incident to the Co-sponsorship\nAgreement between the City and ONE Archives Foundation; 3) Authorize\nthe Director of Finance & Technology Services to approve the use of\n$30,000 from Fiscal Year 2026 budgeted funds in the Special Council\nPrograms account number 100-1-01-00-531001 for costs associated with\nthese events; 4) Authorize the use of the City name and logo on\ninvitations, programs, and other collateral materials for this event; and 5)\nDirect the Communications Department to utilize all appropriate\ncommunication tools to promote the events including, but not limited to,\nthe City’s website, a press release, and social media tools.
