COLLINS, E.\nHAMANT]:\nSUBJECT: The City Council will consider awarding maintenance contracts\nto provide on-call Citywide painting services to Omega Construction\nCompany, Inc. and Olympos Construction, Inc.\nRECOMMENDATIONS: 1) Approve an Agreement for Maintenance\nServices with Omega Construction Company, Inc. to provide on-call\nCitywide painting services for a total not-to-exceed amount of $600,000; 2)\nApprove an Agreement for Maintenance Services with Olympos\nConstruction, Inc. to provide on-call Citywide painting services for a total\nnot-to-exceed amount of $600,000; and 3) Authorize the City Manager, or\ndesignee, to execute all documents incident to these Agreements.
