12. APPROVAL OF TRACT MAP NO. 83797 – F2M23-11, M2M23-46\nOn August 15, 2022, the Planning Commission adopted a resolution approving Tentative\nTract Map TTM-22-02 to convert a previously approved but not yet constructed 2-story,\nsix-unit residential apartment complex into condominium units on a site of approximately\n10,000 square feet located in the R-3 (Multiple Family Residential) zone for the property\nlocated at 727 South Sierra Vista Avenue. On February 13, 2023 the City Engineer signed\nTract Map No. 83797 and recommended recordation of the same. Consequently, approval\nand recordation of this map is now appropriate.\nRecommended Action: City Council adopt Minute Order No. M2M23-46 as follows:\nRESOLVED by the Alhambra City Council as follows:\nSECTION ONE: Based upon the recommendation of the Director of\n6\n3-27-23\nCommunity Development in his report dated March 27, 2023, this Council\nhereby finds and determines that the herein below described project will\nnot violate any of the provisions of Sections 66473, 66474.1 and 66474.6\nof the Subdivision Map Act of the State of California relating to findings for\napproval.\nSECTION TWO: This Council hereby approves Tract Map No. 83797 for\na 2-story, 6-unit residential condominium complex on a site of\napproximately 10,000 square feet located in the R-3 (Multiple Family\nResidential) zone for the property located at 727 South Sierra Vista Avenue\nand authorizes the City Clerk to endorse on the face of the map the\ncertificate which embodies the approval of said map.
