GILMOUR]:\nSUBJECT: The City Council will consider amending the Agreement for\nServices with Magna Consulting & Design for design services for CIP\n2204, Rule 20B Overhead to Underground Conversion La Peer Drive &\nAlmont Drive, to increase the not-to-exceed amount of the Agreement.\nRECOMMENDATIONS: 1) Approve Amendment No. 5 to the Agreement\nfor Services with Magna Consulting & Design to increase the Amount of\nthe Agreement by $120,000 for a total not-to-exceed amount of $588,678;\nand 2) Authorize the City Manager or designee to execute documents\nincident to the Agreement.
