P. 125 9. SUBJECT: RIGHT-OF-WAY ACQUISITION – COUNTY LINE ROAD MOBILE\nSOURCE AIR POLLUTION REDUCTION REVIEW COMMITTEE (MSRC) GRANT\nFUNDED PROJECT\nRECOMMENDATION: That the City Council:\n1. Approve a Purchase and Sale Agreement with Joseph Anthony Mujica and Marlene\nGonzales Mujica, (APN-0319-233-24) for the acquisition of a 111 square foot\npermanent easement for right-of-way purposes and the construction of the County\nLine Road MSRC Grant Funded Project for an amount not to exceed $850; and\n2. Approve an expenditure up to the amount of $3,000 for closing costs associated\nwith the proposed purchase and sale agreement and the amount of $2,300 for right-\nof-way acquisition coordination/staff time for a total cost in the amount of $6,150\nfor the acquisition of the permanent right-of-way easement; and\n3. Authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to execute the necessary documents\nto complete the acquisition process.\nMAYOR AND COUNCILMEMBER BUSINESS (REPORTS)
