10.\nCITY COUNCIL CONSIDERATION AND APPROVAL TO RELEASE A\nCOMPETITIVE OFFERING FOR APPROXIMATELY 24 ACRES OF CITYOWNED REAL PROPERTY WITHIN NEIGHBORHOOD D OF THE\nTUSTIN LEGACY SPECIFIC PLAN Staff is requesting City Council\nconsideration and approval to release a competitive offering for\napproximately 24 acres of City-owned real property within Neighborhood\nD (Planning Areas 13-14) of the Tustin Legacy Specific Plan pursuant to\nthe City Council Resolution 25-10.\nRecommendation: It is recommended that the City Council take the\nfollowing actions: 1. Authorize staff to release a competitive offering for\napproximately 24 acres of City-owned real property within Neighborhood\nD (Planning Areas 13-14) of the Tustin Legacy Specific Plan pursuant to\nCity Council Resolution 25-10; and 2. Authorize the City Manager to\ncontinue and/or enter into temporary leases and licenses prior to final\ndisposition. Fiscal Impact: There is no fiscal impact associated with this\nitem.
