The final construction costs are $1,417,465.55, reflecting\na reduction in scope and the incorporation of project change orders. The\nscope reduction primarily involved the elimination of a portion of the razor\nwire as the project alignment moved closer to the hangar. The approved\nchange orders included the addition of improvements along one side of\nMoffett Drive, the provision of attic stock, and modifications to the gates\nfor entry points.
